I tried phoning a various times of day for a week before it was answered. It rang and rang then cut off or was engaged.
When I picked up a prescription I chatted to pharmacist about it. Was asked which doctors. When I told her she said its common with this practice.
I think its either a lack of people in reception or lack of computers or space.
The people at the practice are great nurses doctors receptionists. However I was taught to only let phone ring a maximum of 3 time before its answered.
"Phone not answered"
