Helpful GP appointment the Doctor listened and acted upon my symptoms. The appointment system leaves much to be desired. The app needs checking regularly to ensure it is working correctly, I reported its malfunction to the receptionists and was told it was working, it clearly was not as I and others agreed that they had tried unsuccessfully to log on. A simple check would help. As I was in the surgery I tried to make an appointment for 2 weeks time and was not allowed, I was told to ring up instead another day as their quota had been reached. I don't want to wait on the end of a phone line for 1 hour to likely be turned away.
