About: Fairfield Park Health Centre

I phoned and emailed the surgery several times for a health letter and each time was told to resend a request. Apparently there is a charge for this and at no time was I told of a charge. Then after 3 weeks I got a phone call requesting money and I said I would pay over the phone but was told to come in to make a card payment, so I went in only to find out the card machine wasn't working. So I couldn't make a payment. I was then reassured that my health letter would be emailed to me by that evening as there was a deadline for the letter and I had already been waiting 3 weeks. I was told by the lady in reception I could make a payment at a later date. It's now past the deadline and still no letter from the surgery. The surgery had 3 weeks to email me or tell me over the phone about the practices procedures and charges etc. So Unprofessional.
