I found the reception staff very rude. They were always eating at reception desk which I found very disrespectful. Did inform someone but they just seemed to brush it aside couldn't be bothered. I always thought that you were paid to work not discuss family life when patients are waiting. Did take it further and reported it but still brushed under the carpet. Always remember they are the first people you see in the department and first impressions always count.
