"Dignity ward11"

About: West Heath Hospital

Anything else?

My observation of staff at visiting times are that they snigger among themselves at the elderly patients and treat them as if they are all mentally imbalanced. The staff are thin on the ground and their understanding of administration of analgesia and its role in recovery is practically non existent. This may be a place to go to out of necessity, but I certainly would never recommend as a choice.
