"Extreme back Pain"

About: The Great Western Hospital

I have suffered extreme back pain for 2 years, I can no longer work as my job entails driving, I am extremely concerned that my consultant has failed to recognise that I presented with sciatica on my left side on my first visit to him, there is no mention of this, on my second visit after having an epidural he said that he is not a miracle worker and only a doctor and can't fix my back and will not do a spinal fusion, he failed to tell me that MRI scan showed 3 degenerative discs as well as L4/5 Prolapse, I am in agony and he wrote to my Dr telling him I had positive Waddell features which means I am a hypochondriac, really, I earn 40 k a year, DLA will not cover my earnings or not pay my mortgage of 135K ,what a disgrace I will pay the 10k to go private as long as I don't see this idiot, I will lodge a formal complaint against the Swindon NHS consultant next week with my GP, what a disgrace, I have worked all my life and I am now suffering extreme pain and the insinuations that I am a malinger, I do not want DLA or anything similar, I just want my back sorted and it is not happening at Swindon!
