About: The Great Western Hospital

No access to previous notes when re-admitted. Passed from A&E to Surgical Assessment with no-one wanting to take responsibility for re-admission. Put on a day ward for 3 days with no facilities - no showers, tv or even windows. Not being taken seriously. Having to wait for ages to see doctors. At one point we waited over a day to see one. When eventually put onto a ward having to wait for pain relief. I could go on. Wish we had now gone to a different hospital. On a positive note - the nurses are all lovely but very overworked and not always given the correct information so not necessarily giving the correct treatment.
