I explained I had anxiety and suffer with panic attacks I was made out to be I was being dramatic yet I had not complaining ed nor had I complained about an emergency situation that arised while I was in a and e meaning I was setback I actually said I completely understand as I'm deputy manager of a care home I understand you prioritise so I Do not appreciate a staff nurse telling a consultant I'm grumpy and being impatient when I wasn't, I was getting very upset as not one person told me what was going on with me regarding my blood tests or that fact I had to have an injection in my stomach I wasn't told why or that it was going to be very painful , not once was I reassured, the staff show no empathy and it's disgusting. I felt like an inconvenience. The way the elderly were treated while I was there was absolutely disgusting! I'm shocked at how I was treated today I wasn't offered anything to eat or drink despite telling a doctor I had not eaten all day, I pay national insurance I pay my taxes and I expect to be treated with a bit of respect. Absolutely disgusting!
