"Waiting room"

About: Frimley Park Hospital (Frimley)

I find it extremely hard to sit in a waiting room full of pregnant people when waiting for a gynaecology appointment. What's worse is that you then get asked if you want a flu jab and are you there for antenatal or gynaecology. Please think about putting a partition in between and be sensitive to those that cannot have children or are there for other reasons.

Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback.

I'm sorry for your experience and that we haven't got this right. We are reviewing our gynaecology services due to feedback like yours. I'd be really grateful if you could provide me with a few more details so I can go back to the team looking after you and we can learn and improve for the future. My email address is claire.marshall@fhft.nhs.uk

Thanks for raising your concerns

Kind Regards

Claire Marshall
