"Surgical abortion"

I have just got home from having a surgical abortion at your Richmond clinic over the last 2 days. This wasn't an easy decision for me to make but Iv just seperated from my husband after suffering years of domestic abuse and I already have 2 children that my husband doesn't support. I saw it as selfish to bring another child into this relationship. Not at any point did the staff at Richmond judge me for my decision nor did they question me. I was made to feel welcome and supported. They stayed me with every single step of the way and I must say thank you to every single staff member I came into contact with.
