"3 weeks to syringe an ear"

After being referred here by my doctors who apparently don't syringe ears these days. I struggled to get through to the treatment room to book an appointment.Eventually I did attend an appointment, I was treated kindly and assured that my ear needed syringing due to a build up of wax. However this couldn't be done without booking another appointment. I went to reception and was told the next available one was on the 1st November !! So I have to struggle on not having hearing & in discomfort in one ear for another 3 weeks. Are we going backwards these days, knowing I will be struggling in discomfort for 3 weeks can hardly constitute 'care'.
