"Dermatology Ward 25 Ulster Hospital"

I attended an appointment at Dermatology Outpatients Department, Ward 25 at The Ulster Hospital. A very kind young man called Adrian (HCA) was professional and kind, he introduced himself and saw I was anxious about this appointment. He was so reassuring and supportive, explaining my appointment, which I was very grateful of at the time. Adrian spoke so kindly to me and my wife with dignity and respect.

I am most grateful of the care and support that I received that day in Dermatology Ward 25,  the service  was amazing . Thank you for the great service and kindness I was given while I was there, attending this appointment at Dermatology.

The staff are amazing, from the moment you walk into the department, from  receptionist Tammy and Adrian the healthcare assistant, to all the nurses and doctors. Thank you.
