Last night I brought my stepdad up to the Ulster Emergency Department. The department was so busy with people everywhere. The team were under so much pressure. My step dad was promptly triaged and seen by a doctor and was in and out within four hours. I want to especially thank Ali, Debbie, Sian and Rupert for taking such good care of my stepdad. They were so caring, kind and thorough even under the immense pressure of the department. Thank you.
