Living in the Square Mile - outside the estates (Barbican, Golden Lane, Petticoat Lane, etc) we 'fringe residents' can feel we're left to fend for ourselves - particularly poignant during the pandemic, which I feel really exposed how few workers live in the centre of London anymore.
Yet the Neaman Practice was always there - the amazing team who field the calls through to the doctors, nurses and physios - I actually found it easier to contact/see, perhaps due to less workers cluttering up the system.
