"Complete confidence in the clinical support and referrals"

About: General practices in Ayrshire & Arran University Hospital Ayr / General Medicine

(as a relative),

My wife has suffered from a Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) for many years but most recently for over 3 weeks without resolution despite good care from the GP practice.

Having been referred to Hospital@Home, Dr Watt and Fiona have been very attentive and supportive. My wife has complete confidence in the clinical support and referrals to seek to find a lasting solution.

Thanks to all involved including the labs and we know how much pressure everyone is under.

Dear statuspm68,

Thank you so much for this lovely feedback about your wife’s experience of her GP Service and laterally of the Hospital at Home Service

I am sorry to hear about the issues your wife has had over the years and I hope that the care and treatment she is currently receiving will provide an improvement for her and identify a lasting solution.

Your kind words will be passed to all involved, including the labs and diagnostic staff. Our staff really appreciate when patients take the time to provide feedback on the care they have received.

Wishing you and your wife the very best.

Kind Regards

Pamela
