About: Pinderfields General Hospital

(as a relative),

I entered Pinderfields hospital car park and the machine issued me with a ticket. On leaving within the 2 hour period both payment machines stated the ticket was faulty, I being let out of the car park by hospital security. I do hope I am not issued with a fine as the car parking company are in breach of contract by not ensuring I was issued with a ticket that is not faulty.

I will be using the local bus service from now on.  I am not best pleased

Thank you Clare

The PCN company have failed to uphold their side of the contract as their equipment has failed and I being unable to pay for my stay. Therefore the contract is in law, frustrated and thus comes to an end. The contract between the PCN visitor and the company null and void

I hope other readers of this thread, encountering issues similar realise that the PCN company cannot under English law win a County Court Judgment on this matter, if they did pursue one.

Further on this I am in no doubt if they did harass a visitor due to their failures, they themselves would hopefully be brought to task by Pinderfields senior management.

No fine as yet in my letterbox but I await a response from this company.
