"Not being listened to or helped."

About: Blossomwood

(as a service user),

I am so upset. I’ve been trying to get into contact with my psychiatrist since last November. Multiple people have tried to get them to call. They finally decided to call today but just made rubbish excuses as to why they hadnt  called.

I dont feel that they listened to me and has instead just made me feel like I’m not believed. I’m telling them what my problem is and theyr'e  just telling me it’s something else.

The medication I’m on isn’t working and they are not accepting that, so it feels like they think I’m making it up when I’m not.

I don’t know what to do now.
