"A credit to themselves and the hospital"

I was an outpatient at the Golden Jubilee Hospital in Glasgow. I was offered a cancellation appointment. All staff from start to finish were nothing but helpful, caring and professional. 

I was quite anxious and my nurse Sabrina was amazing and reassuring through the procedure. Both the nursing staff and the surgeon, Mr Shah, explained fully the process and we’re very reassuring throughout. 

The hospital was spotless and was cleaned regularly during my operation. Staff also adhered to all hygiene policies and PPE policies. 

The whole process took approximately two hours and the staff were fantastic. Hopefully I will not be as scared the next time!

Thanks to all staff at the Eye Clinic, who were constantly busy from 7.45-9.30 when I left. Their professionalism and care despite their incredibly busy workload was a credit to themselves and the hospital. Thanks.
