"The treasure chest was a lovely touch"

About: Paediatrics / Outpatients

(as a parent/guardian),

Attended NHS Fife paediatric ambulatory care department with my son who has to have a blood test.

Despite having a long wait of 45 mins from the appointment time, the care and attention given during the appointment was impeccable.

Both Gill and Angela worked together to ensure my son was informed, comfortable and treated with care and compassion. I too was reassured and felt confident in the skills and knowledge of the throughout.

The treasure chest was a lovely touch and allowed us to leave on a really positive note.

Dear librask44,

Thank you so much for sharing your lovely feedback. I am so pleased to read that your son was supported and cared for so well by Gill and Angela and I will ensure I pass this on to them, I know they will very much appreciate you taking the time to comment.

Best Wishes

Lynn Kuz
