About: Raigmore Hospital / Trauma & orthopaedics Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / Trauma and Orthopaedics

(as a service user),

I had an accident on holiday that required orthopaedic surgery and an in- patient stay at Raigmore Hospital. The physios worked me hard to ensure I could be discharged safely.

I also attended outpatient clinics at Edinburgh Royal Infirmary, involving ambulance transport to get me down and up the stairs.

All the staff provided great care and I am grateful to have been operated upon so quickly and successfully.

You're welcome. With so many negative stories about the NHS in the media, I thought it was important to acknowledge the great care that I experienced.
