"Brilliant receptionist"

I phoned to book a full STD screening, and previously I have had a negative experience with receptionists, asking personal reasons which I did not feel comfortable answering and made me feel like I never wanted to go back and get checked. The questions that were asked were completely unacceptable and was raised by a different company that I was seeking help from and they did not agree with the way I was spoken to. I was informed their receptionists would receive further training and new employees would be informed what to ask patients and what not to ask. 

I am so glad to see that this has indeed been implemented as today, I had the most loveliest receptionist.   I forgot to ask their name however they were unbelievably professional and only asked for the details they needed from me. This is the first positive experience I have had from Aberdeen Sexual Health Clinic and it was all thanks to this brilliant receptionist. I hope this is the way everyone continues to be treated, removing the stigma away from being STD tested and easily accessible to all.
