Hi called that number but no response, I have now gone to my gp as they had the results and printed it off for me. I have been put in for an emergency appointment in gynaecology but as I don’t seem to be getting mail delivered to my address from the hospital, I’m concerned that I won’t receive my appointment. I've been in touch with Royal Mail about missing mail as Hairmyres sent the letter out twice and I never received any of them.

Dear Lesley1951

I am so sorry to hear you are having such difficulty with results. Patient affairs are available from 0800-1600hrs so I’m sorry if they were not available to take your call.

it would be helpful if we could check that we have the right address for you, so if you could contact patient affairs again, this would be appreciated.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused and I hope that we can ensure effective communication.

Hope to hear from you soon

Lise

I just need to know when my appointments is as the consultant put down as urgent appointment and my post is very sporadic. I don’t seem to get mail from the hospital even though they have sent it. I tried to ring and gynaecology put me through to the Doctor's secretary but no reply. I left a message for them but they never call me back.
