About: Adult Specialist Services / Nutrition & dietetics

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

On the first day I had no clue about cooking! After the first session I began to know about healthier snacks. As the week progressed I was able to make vegetable curry and scones!

The week really helped me learn about what really is in certain foods from now on I will take care on what type of food I eat and will make more food than just buying it.

Thank you for your comments. I am glad you have found these sessions beneficial to you both from a knowledge and practical point of view. I hope that you use this now and as you say continue to cook more.

Thank you once again
