(as a parent/guardian),

As instructed, I tried to complete the form for my child who has a tummy problem, after completing the form it refuses to complete, instead I have the -We can't safely assess your symptoms through this online request. You need to talk to someone today instead. 

I phoned and was on hold, position number 9.

Thank you for your feedback. I agree that is incredibly frustrating. We are making every effort to free up the phone lines and encourage those who can, and when appropriate, to use the online form in order to do this. There is also the option of selecting to be called back rather than waiting on the phone. There is no need to call at 8am for an appointment. You can call anytime, but if the problem is urgent please call as early as you can so we can see you as quickly as possible.
