About: Victoria Hospital / Urology

(as a service user),

I have again been cancelled by urology - the 3rd cancellation in 5 week. I am exhausted fighting every 2 months to get my treatment, it never happens on time. I am now in a great deal of pain, risking infection again due to delays.

I was sent home 3 weeks ago, told no beds, but by 4 pm in the day there were 4 beds made up with no patients in them. I asked why, and was given no answer.
