Second attempt at leaving a comment - tried ringing for an appointment as advised in your letter. Have tried on numerous occasions to get through on phone but always engaged. Have left details and reference number on message system and still not been contacted re an appointment. As you only have two weeks in which to contact the department or you will be discharged from the system this makes life difficult. I suppose I will have to go to the hospital directly
