"Couldn’t praise the staff and treatment highly enough"

About: Causeway Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as a relative),

I attended ED at Causeway Hospital with my nephew who had scalded his hand. We were directed straight to the green zone and following some speedy assessment questions to his dad he was treated by the nurse practitioner. Treatment took about an hour as it takes time for the cooling gel pad to work. Staff were excellent in supporting him, especially as he has a learning difficulty and was very scared of attending the hospital. I couldn’t praise the staff and treatment highly enough and would like to thank all involved.
