"Getting the care and support I desperately needed."

After a struggle with other services, feeling confused and frustrated, I called Seven Field as I desperately wanted to see if there was something else that could be done about my situation and if there was someone who was going to provide a kinder approach and a listening ear. This is exactly what I got from the staff and nurses at Seven Fields.

I spoke to a friendly and kind receptionist, I think her name was Gemma, who immediately listened to me and offered support, she was able to find me a slot and book me in the same day- I was so grateful to talk to someone who cared and to feel someone understand the sense of urgency.

The nurses who saw me, Amanda and Kerry (I think) were the same- they cared, they listened and reassured me that a plan of action was needed. This isn't what happened the previous day after seeing someone else.

The difference in care I received yesterday was massive. The nurses and all the staff are amazing, there's a real friendly feel to the place. I would now recommend to go to Seven Fields- the staff, the facilities and the friendliness are what changed a rubbish day into a good one.
