"Welcoming unit"

About: Victoria Hospital / Outpatient Parenteral Antibiotic Therapy (OPAT)

(as a service user),

Received intravenous antibiotic at OPAT. This a very human faced unit and I felt welcomed (I had been before several years ago). Staff are truly committed to an activity that is vital in today's world. Keeping people out of inpatient units.

Thank You for taking the time to post such a nice review of our OPAT Unit. We are very proud of the work we do and try our very best to make everyone welcome. We must be doing something right you returned for a second time.

I hope you are improving and continue to do so.

Thank You

Valerie
