About: General practices in Fife Queen Margaret Hospital / Clinical Oncology

(as a service user),

I attended Inverkeithing medical practice for a routine blood test, which the practice carries out on behalf of Oncology.

The appointment was easy to make and on the day I was seen on time.  The practice is usually great at fitting me in when I explain what the blood test is for, which helps me to feel at ease when I phone them.
The nurse was fantastic - friendly, informative and efficient.  He checked I knew what my appointment was for.  He took bloods on the first try.  He checked I knew how I would receive my results.  This was re-assuring and made for a very pleasant experience.
