"In response to moans"

It is very interesting to read the 'moans' section, although I fear that 'moan' is an overly negative heading.
My suggestion is that there should also be some response to the moans as they seem more to me to be cries for action/explanation in respect of incomprehensible (to the general public) actions by the various people and organisations of the NHS.

Do you have a similar story to tell?

Thanks for your suggestion, Peta. We agree that some opinions here do need a response from the organisation concerned. We are developing the site so that this is possible and we hope that this improvement will be available in a month or so.
