"Access & Information Service Eased My Frustrations"

About: Promoting Well Being / Access and information service

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I contacted Access & Information after making contact with numerous other agencies and teams.

I was provided with the Access & Information contact number - and the endless phone calls to multiple other teams / services to try to get help for my Grandfather came to an end.

I spoke to a girl called Natasha who was phenomenal and went above and beyond to help me get what was needed for my Grandfather.

I wish to share that my experience with the Access & Information Service was absolutely amazing.

I wish to take this opportunity to apologise to Natasha who had to listen to my frustrations initially, as I found phoning multiple telephone numbers before contacting Access & Information very difficult, as I was unable to get the help I needed until I spoke to Natasha.

I am very grateful to the service in what they were able to do for me yesterday.

Hi,

It is heart warming to hear such kind words towards Natasha, and we are delighted to hear how happy you are with the way Access & Information were able to support you during your recent contact to the service.

It is a real boost to morale when someone acknowledges this, especially in these busy times.

It is with regret to hear of your difficulties trying to navigate the system before making contact with Access & Information service. We hope you feel better informed now of how to access supports since your contact with the service.

Thank you for your feedback, and we will be happy to help you again should you ever need to contact us in the future.

Kind Regards,

Mairead McVeigh
