I began as an outpatient here, having been referred by my doctor. From the outset I was treated with respect and with genuine interest in my skin condition. I saw initially Dr Gologlian, who recommended a skin biopsy and blood tests that day.

I had an online consultation with Dr Kaloglian, when I was told I had a rare autoimmune condition which, whilst incurable, could be well managed. Later I saw the same Dr Kaloglian in a face-to-face appointment, and given the relevant medication. Latterly I saw Dr Rashid, who is now monitoring the situation.

What was most important about the whole process had been the professionalism of all the staff! From all the Doctors, theatre staff, nurses and assistants, I had never felt hurried, given time to explain the condition, was never told my suspicions medically were of no value and treated with kindness and courtesy throughout.
