"Fantastic staff"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / General Surgery (wards 63, 64, 65, 66,& 67) Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Plastic Surgery & Burns (wards 45, 47, 48 & 49)

(as the patient),

I have been in glasgow royal infirmary twice now first time for 5 days in the ESU staff were wonderful always explaining exactly what they were going to do and keeping me very calm so nice i felt happy and safe, i then had to come in again due to infection and was put on ward 47 the staff are amazing always treat you with respect and there always there if you need to chat or need anything. They never seem to stop but there is always a smile on there faces. I had a male nurse called Owen who was fantastic, answering my questions and checking all was good. Its a busy busy ward but so very friendly.
