"Ambulance service staff"

About: North East Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust

(as other),

People should be able to tell others about the experience of the ambulance service that isn't always a good experience. If they can't then how are things supposed to improve within the neas.

A few weeks ago another service contacted the neas and for some unknown reason 3 of the staff attended. They really don't need to send 3 ambulance staff so I wish they would knock it back to 2, they stand there as though they are superior and they don't listen to you. You can not be made to speak with them or go to hospital, it's a person's human rights. They ask if you have phoned an ambulance when they would know that you haven't, they should communicate with the service that contacted them and cut out all the nonsense comments. Why is it if they want respect from others that they can't respect the person or people who they are attending. They need to improve the Neas asap
