"I have no idea when my operation will take place"

About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I am trying to find out when my operation will take place I have rung gynaecology secretary numerous times and left messages to call me back but have received no call, back from them at the moment.  I am in limbo because I have no idea when my operation will take place for ovarian cyst.

I would like to book a holiday but I can’t.
