"The staff were absolutely amazing"

I was recently a patient on Warrington ward after having two major operations.  The staff were absolutely amazing during a very distressing time.

Every Healthcare assistant and nurse that looked after me were so caring and understanding.  All the catering staff were brilliant and patient with me, when I didn't feel hungry they found me food and went that extra mile. The domestics kept the ward lovely and clean and everyone was so friendly. 

NHS staff do not get thanked enough, we all hear the bad stories in the press, but we never report the good stories and the amazing staff that the NHS employs.  

Thanks again to everyone on Warrington I am now at home recovering.
