"Slick and efficient department, ran like clockwork"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

Had an elective gallbladder procedure at Queen Margaret Hospital in Dunfermline. From arriving at the day surgery unit, the care was friendly. Made to feel at ease and very well looked after, especially by Alison, kind and caring nurse who made me feel relaxed and booked me in, explained exactly what happens next.

Mr Bennett, colorectal surgeon, explained the procedure fully along with Ruth (think that was her name, anaesthetic consultant) made to feel at ease. Slick and efficient department, ran like clockwork.
