Anything else?
My father spent a week in the Queens in July 2013. Sunrise B ward was always amazingly calm, clean and cheerful. Particular praise for the male health care assistant who fed him with great care and did not rush. But on the medical assessment ward when he was first admitted he was too ill to ask for a drink or food and they did not seem to offer it. If I hadn't visited he would have got dehydrated, he was really thirsty. They were not too busy but just waiting for a consultant to come and prescribe , etc.
