"Absolutely nothing was a problem for them"

About: Inverclyde Royal Hospital / Trauma & orthopaedics

(as a service user),

Great care given from stepping onto ward until discharge. Every single member of staff couldn’t do enough for me. As an ex nurse, this really pleased me. They looked after my every need, including my fainting episodes, with care and compassion. Every single one on them took time to chat, whilst they attended to me, including Vivienne whilst she worked. Absolutely nothing was a problem for them. I can’t thank them enough or speak highly enough of them.

I’d like to also wish Shannon all the very best with her upcoming birth and the continuation of her training. She’ll be an amazing staff nurse.

Thank you to each and every one of them, though ( to the night staff) you need to find out what’s upstairs.

Dear mumoftwoboys

Thank you very much for commenting on how well the Trauma and Orthopaedics Department met your needs during your recent episode of care at Inverclyde Royal Hospital.

It was great to hear how the staff took the time to get to know you as an individual and showed care and compassion throughout your stay.

Supporting our patients is always our aim and I am pleased to hear that we achieved this for you.

I have shared your feedback with Vivienne and Shannon. They are delighted to receive this and very touched.

I hope your feeling a lot better and recovering well back at home.

Kind regards from myself and the team.

Kevin
