Had an appointment as I have been having ear issues for a few years and nobody seems to listen. I then had an appointment with this consultant (Mr Buza) who was amazing. He listened, he was professional and treated me with the utmost dignity and respect and the diagnoses he gave made sense and ever since, I have been less anxious that nobody could diagnose me and even better that I have started the correct treatment. He is a credit to healthcare and I will always request this doctor should I ever need to have an ENT appointment again
