"I always felt valued and significant"

About: Millbrook Mental Health Unit

(as a service user),

I have been supported by Linda following a referral to her by my CPN Kelly.

Linda has been thorough and tenacious in exploring my health symptoms and possible causes, I always felt she was on my side and I felt listened to.

Linda explored my health symptoms with tests and also wrote to my GP for Services and liaised with the rest of the Team at Millbrook.

I have enjoyed my sessions with Linda as I always felt valued and significant in a world that can be so cruel to Mental Health Service Users.

Hi RedRobin,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your story with us, I am sure that Linda will be so pleased to hear that your experience of working with her was so positive.

I am still working on making sure this feedback is read by Linda and the wider team but wanted you to know that your story had been heard and how pleased we are that you shared it.

I wish you well in your onward health journey and hope you continue to feel valued and significant because you are.

Kind regards,

Amy Palmer
