"The experience has been commendable"

About: Lurgan Hospital / Ward 3 Northern Ireland Ambulance Service / Emergency ambulance response

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

My sister's stay on Ward 3 at the hospital has been highly satisfactory. The staff members have been exceptional, despite their busy schedules. They have provided clear explanations and have been attentive to her needs.

The ward itself has maintained a clean and comfortable environment. The food served thus far has been of high quality and enjoyable. The overall service provided on the ward has been consistently good, and the nurses have been pleasant and accommodating. All the staff members have been truly marvelous.

I must also acknowledge the paramedics who brought my sister to the hospital. They displayed professionalism and provided excellent care. I have no suggestions for improvement as the experience has been commendable.

In conclusion, my sister's time on Ward 3 has been a positive one. The staff members have been great, the ward has been clean and comfortable, and the overall service provided has been praiseworthy. I am grateful for the exceptional care she has received during her stay.

Good morning aoiy23

I would like to begin by thanking you for taking the time to share your experience of the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service. It was reassuring to learn of the paramedics quick and swift response to administer immediate intervention to your sister to help stabilise the situation, and for her further transport to the emergency department for additional treatment. Feedback such as this lifts the morale of the paramedics involved in what is a particularly challenging period.

Best wishes.

Ruairi Cummings
