"Happy and relaxed atmosphere"

About: University Hospital Monklands / General Surgery (Wards 4 & 7)

(as a service user),

My dad was recently in ward 7 and I just wanted to say a huge thank you! The ward is immaculate, the staff are amazing and my dad was looked after so well! The atmosphere in the ward is happy and relaxed ! The staff are extremely hard working and it’s nice to see a ward Sister on the floor working with her team and who knows he’s patients !

I am so pleased you found our ward to be clean and that the staff have looked after your dad so well. We put patients at the forefront of all that we do so I am delighted to hear that there was an excellent, relaxed atmosphere and that the staff were very hardworking.
