"Having bloods taken"

Attended for bloods at Stafford hospital.   The lady who’s took my bloods was really nice.  I have a needle phobia and I never felt a thing.  She was really nice.    

I had got an appt and was told to take a number off the wall.   When I was called I was asked why I’d taken a number when I had an appt (I was told to). However there was a staff member who said there’s a sign.   While I didn’t take offence it did come over a little abrupt.  (I said I couldn’t read, which may be the case for some people).  

I left the hospital pleased with the service and happy of how pleasant the lady who took by bloods were, along with those who pointed out where the bloods section was.
