I attended the Endoscopy Dept. at Queen Margaret Hospital, Dunfermline recently at 8.30 am for Botox treatment.
My experience was just amazing with so much care and attention given to me, and elderly lady with mobility problems.
I got my treatment at the allotted time and it truly showed the outstanding performance of all of the staff involved in my treatment.
Well done NHS.
