"This course has turned my life around"

About: Adult Psychological Therapies Service / Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have attended this service for the past 10 to 12 weeks under the care of Fiona. 

If I had to rate this service I would give it 100%.  I was supported, did my homework between each session which was praised and acknowledged by Fiona.

I was a broken man when I started, and this course and Fiona has turned my life around. I didn't post my feedback initially as I wanted to see how I felt after finishing the course - 4 weeks later I still am feeling great.

I know if I am finding things difficult again I need to go to see my GP for a referral - this is so reassuring.

Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback. I am delighted to hear that engaging in CBT has been of great benefit to you. I will pass your comments on to Fiona, her manager and the wider team, which I've no doubt will be of great encouragement.
