(as a service user),

I can not praise the User Involvement Team enough, Lisa, Kathleen, Miriam and Ruth. As someone who finds it hard to speak out they have been such a support to me getting involved with the southern Trust and having the confidence to have my voice and opinions heard. Not only have they supported me this way but emotionally as I have gone through the death of my precious mum they have been a listening ear, encouragement and have been helping me get back into the PPI work as a carer. They are the unrecognised gems within the trust.
