(as a service user),

I just want to say thank you to the Physiotherapist in urgent Care who referred me to A&E department with my symptoms. A massive thank you to Dr. McCormac who saw me in A & E middle of May,  taking time, listening to my concerns and went  above and beyond to help me.

Also I want to say thank you to Deputy Sister Danielle  who was an absolute star ,great humour & concern when she saw me sitting in the queue  for so long . What  amazing  staff , thank you  once again  for your great work .
