"Shocking pharmacy delays"

About: Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Centre / Pharmacy

(as a service user),

Arrived on time for treatment that was scheduled for 9:00 am and had to wait over two and a half hours for my treatment to be delivered from the pharmacy.

The nursing team are always fantastic but the issues with delays from the pharmacy continue to get worse with every visit.

Apologies for the delay in responding to your care opinion regarding the pharmacy delays you have had whilst in our service.
